1) We use selected good quality products and try to use organic raw materials for our masala and

spices.

2) According to our policy, while dealing with wholesale prices we take a fixed amount of deposit

from the wholesalers.

3) If a wholesaler is unable to pay the deposit than a purchase of minimum of Rs 12000 of the

Saraswat food products is required for getting the products at a wholesale rate.

4) For individual products the wholesale price is applicable only on a minimum purchase of 10 kgs

of the individual product.

5) Order once placed cannot be modified. Also, once payment is made, there won’t be any refund,

replacement or return of the same.

6) According to Government of India’s policy GST of 5% is applicable on all purchases.

7) Courier (transport) charges are not included in the price of the product.

8) Once order is placed and payment is done according to the latest rate card, the spices and

masalas are prepared, packaged and transported. We will require a minimum of 4 to 5 days to

complete the order; Also additional time for transportation based on the distance should also be

considered, for the product to reach the customer.

9) No credit is given under any circumstances.

10) We are not responsible for damage of any goods during transportation. The transport system is

not mandatory for wholesale distributors.

11) We believe in transparency in our business. All business communication and regular updates

12) Please note that due to regular changes in the prices of the raw materials and the spices, there

might be changes in the prices of our products.

13) While buying the products in bulk at wholesale prices or making a new purchase, customer

should ensure to get all the information about the product and also ensure its quality before

placing the order.

14) All purchases made at wholesale prices of the products will be done through our bank account

only (either Cheque, DD or online payment). Please note that there won’t be any cash

transactions for wholesale purchases.
